Responsibilities

• Design high quality marketing materials including brochures banners, flyers and social media creatives.
• Create visually appealing property listing, project presentations and brand assets.
• Maintain brand consistency across all design outputs.
• Edit images, enhance property visuals and create engaging digital content.
• Stay updated with design trends and real estate marketing styles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in graphic design.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, photoshop, illustrator, indesign and canva.
• Strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography skills and design skills
• Portfolio of work showcasing creative design work.
