Graphic Designer

We're looking for a graphic designer who can move fast without dropping quality. Someone who gets that a great static ad or a scroll-stopping IG carousel can genuinely move revenue, not just look nice.

What ELVN is: A celebrity-led, premium women's activewear D2C brand out of Mumbai, growing fast on a monthly drop model. Small team, high output, no corporate approval chains.

What you'll actually be doing:

• Designing static creatives for our Meta ad campaigns. Product shots, offer banners, UGC-style ad frames. Working closely with our performance marketing agency on what's converting and iterating fast.
• Owning the visual look of our Instagram and LinkedIn ie grid posts, carousels, story templates, highlight covers. Keeping it sharp and on-brand.
• Supporting monthly drop launches with a full creative asset kit ie teasers, launch-day posts, size charts, banners.
• Collaborating with our video editor and Brand Manager on integrated campaigns so static and video assets feel like one story, not two.
• Occasional packaging, gifting collateral, or event signage design (we run pilates/padel activations and pop-ups).

Who you are:

• A strong portfolio that shows range ie product photography retouching, social-first design, ad creative. Fashion/D2C experience is a big plus but not mandatory if your eye is sharp.
• Fast with Photoshop and Illustrator; Figma and Canva are a bonus.
• You understand what makes people stop scrolling clean layouts, strong typography, not over-designed.
• Comfortable with quick turnarounds. We move in a monthly drop cycle, so speed matters as much as polish.
• Fresh graduate or early-career (0-2 years) welcome. We care more about your eye than your resume.
