Role Description:

We are looking for a versatile and highly skilled Graphic Designer with 4 - 5 years of professional experience to join our creative team. This role is for a proactive "doer" who can take full ownership of projects from concept to final delivery. The ideal candidate excels at creating high-impact social media ads while maintaining a strong technical pulse on print and packaging design.

Key Responsibilities:

• Social Media & Digital Ads: Conceptualize and design high-performing social media creatives and digital ads. You must understand platform-specific trends and how to create visuals that drive engagement.
• Print Materials: Lead the design and layout of brochures, leaflets, and other marketing collateral, ensuring all files are technically sound and ready for high-quality production.
• Packaging Design: Bring a creative "pulse" to our physical products. You will be responsible for designing packaging that is both functional and visually striking on the shelf.
• Project Ownership: Handle multiple projects simultaneously and independently. You should be able to manage your own deadlines and navigate complex briefs with minimal supervision.
• Brand Excellence: Ensure all design output is consistent with brand guidelines and maintains the highest standards of typography, color, and composition.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience: 45 years of proven professional experience (Agency or In-house).
• Software Mastery: Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (specifically Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Social Media Expertise: A strong track record of designing successful digital campaigns and social assets.
• Technical Print Knowledge: Deep understanding of print production processes, including bleed, margins, CMYK, and die-lines for packaging.
• Workflow: Ability to handle workload independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
