ABOUT DECHEF

Dechef is a subscription-based creative agency based in Ahmedabad, serving 650+ brands across 25 countries. We deliver unlimited graphic design, motion graphics, and social media content through a dedicated team model daily output, QC-reviewed, at a global standard. We are looking for designers who think before they design.

THE ROLE

You will be the designated designer for a specific set of client accounts. Every brief you receive is real, deadline-driven, and must meet our QC standard before delivery. You will be part of a structured team and an active workflow.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Produce daily graphic design output across categories: brand identity, social media, packaging, brochures, OOH, and more

Work from client briefs submitted through our portal read, interpret, and execute with precision

Maintain brand consistency across all formats for each assigned client account

Participate in QC review cycles give and receive feedback professionally

Communicate proactively when a brief is unclear, incomplete, or requires creative input

Manage multiple active briefs simultaneously within agreed turnaround times

Maintain and update client brand style files and asset libraries

WHAT WE NEED

35 years of professional graphic design experience agency or studio preferred

Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop non-negotiable

Strong understanding of brand identity systems, typography, and visual hierarchy

Ability to produce consistent, high-quality output daily not just for hero projects

Portfolio demonstrating range across at least 3 design categories

Clear communication skills written and verbal in English

Experience working with client briefs and revision cycles in a professional setting

Comfortable working in a structured, process-driven team environment

NICE TO HAVE

Experience with motion graphics or After Effects

Familiarity with social media design formats and platform specifications

Exposure to working on international or global brand accounts

WHAT DISQUALIFIES YOU

Canva as your primary professional design tool

Portfolio with fewer than 10 original works

No experience working with client briefs or brand guidelines

Inability to give 3+ outputs per working day.
