Job Purpose

The Graphic Artist \ 3D Visualizer will work with Pune Graphics in close association with architectural teams to develop and produce concepts and graphics to communicate projects to clients through high quality images / Real time rendering output.

Key Responsibilities

Other than the Industry standard softwares like 3ds max, Enscape, Vray, Photoshop etc It is paramount to have knowledge in real time rendering softwares. These softwares include but not limited to following:

• Envision by Chaos:

As a standalone tool, Envision goes beyond the common CAD limitations and makes it possible to create detail-heavy scenes without compromising on performance or quality.

• D5 Render:

This software stands out for its real-time ray tracing capabilities and ease of use, allowing users to create photorealistic renders without a steep learning curve. D5 Render also has a live-sync feature with tools like SketchUp and Revit.

• Lumion:

A user-friendly tool, Lumion is well-regarded for its speed and ability to produce high-quality exterior and landscape renderings. Lumion is compatible with most major CAD and 3D modeling software. It's a popular choice for presentations and immersive walkthroughs.

• Unreal Engine:

Known for its advanced capabilities, Unreal Engine can be used for creating highly realistic architectural visualizations and interactive experiences, often with a more complex workflow.

• Blender:

A free, open-source tool, Blender is powerful for both modeling and rendering, offering a range of features for creating stunning architectural visualizations.

• Twinmotion:

Provides interactive visualizations and immersive walkthroughs, with a focus on creating compelling narratives with architectural designs.

Organizational Responsibilities

Where appropriate, all Dar graphic employees are required to possess:

• Strong technical understanding of composition tools and digital workflows.
• An eye for art, lighting, composition and imagery.
• Ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
• Be an absolute team player and ready for extended efforts when required.
• Should be self-organized with combination of passion and energy.

PERSON SPECIFICATION

Essential Experience & Qualifications:

• Extremely sound working knowledge in 3ds max, Vray, Photoshop.
• Experience in creating proper workflow for Real time Rendering softwares.
• Visualization or Architectural qualifications or equivalent Technical Diploma from an accredited institute.
• A minimum of two to three years of experience in a professional creative environment.
• Basic knowledge of SketchUp, Rhino, AutoCAD is required.
• Fully conversant in using and creating modelling from architectural plans, sketches and elevations, and knowledge of related visualization and photorealistic rendering techniques.
• High professional integrity.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and to respond proactively and when required.
• Creative, with a high degree of flexibility.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Explore new technologies (both hardware and software) to expand Dar services, improve the quality of visualizations and increase efficiency. This is likely to include new rendering engines, pipelines and assets, as well as emerging trends.
