• Design YouTube thumbnails, social media creatives, banners, and ad creatives
• Work on landing pages, dashboards, and course interfaces
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to create high-converting visuals
• Ensure brand consistency across all designs
• Optimize designs for engagement, CTR, and conversions
• Stay updated with latest design trends and UI/UX best practices

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Figma, or similar tools
• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, wireframing, and user flow
• Experience in thumbnail design (especially YouTube) is a big plus
• Basic knowledge of color theory, typography, and layout design
• Ability to create clean, modern, and engaging designs
• Understanding of digital marketing creatives and performance-driven design

• Prior experience in EdTech / YouTube / Digital Marketing industry
• Knowledge of conversion-focused design (CTR, engagement, etc.)
