The Role
Were hiring a Graphic Designer who understands branding, visual storytelling, and information design, and can translate architectural ideas and project narratives into clear, high-quality visual communication across social media, website, business collateral, and PR assets.
This isnt a make posts role. Its a brand-building role.
Youll help establish KlimArts visual language, ensure consistency across touchpoints, and strengthen how our work is understood and perceived by decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities
1. Visual Brand System & Consistency
- Maintain brand consistency across platforms (typography, layout, hierarchy, visual tone)
- Create and manage reusable templates for:
- LinkedIn posts and document-style creatives
- Instagram carousels, stories, and reel covers
- Case studies, presentations, and project sheets
- Continuously refine the visual system to ensure premium quality at scale
2. Social Media Visuals & Asset Production
- Design high-quality static posts and carousels based on provided briefs
- Translate architectural ideas and sustainability concepts into clear, visual narratives
- Convert project materials (renders, drawings, site photos) into engaging content
- Create infographic-style slides explaining: constraints approach design outcomes
- Export assets optimized for each platform (dimensions, quality, layout safety)
3. Case Studies & Business Development Collateral
- Design concise case studies and project summaries
- Create and update:
- Presentation decks
- Proposal templates
- One-pagers and portfolio sheets
- Structure visuals for decision-makers (clarity over complexity)
- Ensure all collateral aligns with the overall brand system and is reusable
4. Website & Brand Assets
- Support website design (page layouts, visuals, structure)
- Develop visual systems including icons, grids, and typography styles
- Ensure consistency across website and all external touchpoints
5. PR & Reputation Design Support
- Design media kits (firm profile, leadership bios, credentials, project highlights)
- Create award submission packs (layouts, graphics, image curation)
- Support speaker/event collateral (presentations, one-pagers, decks)
- Prepare press-ready visuals (image sets, thumbnails, branded assets)
- Design basic co-branded assets for partnerships and announcements
6. Asset Management & Workflow
- Maintain an organized asset library (projects, templates, versions, exports)
- Follow structured workflow: brief draft review final archive
- Coordinate with internal teams and 3D visualizers for source files and outputs
Required Skills
- Strong fundamentals: layout, typography, hierarchy, composition
- Ability to simplify complex information visually
- Experience with:
- Adobe Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
- Figma (preferred)
- Understanding of B2B design vs consumer design
- Ability to design for clarity, not just aesthetics
Good to Have
- Experience in architecture / real estate / sustainability space
- Editorial or information design experience
- Understanding of LinkedIn content formats
