Position Overview

Able Ventures is seeking a skilled and passionate Graphic Designer to bring creative vision and precise execution to our team. If you have 3-4 years of design experience and excel in creating compelling visual content on various platforms, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Development: Craft high-quality visuals, including banners, posters, brochures, social media content, website graphics, and other marketing materials.

Advanced Adobe Skills: Leverage Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects to produce unique graphics and custom visual elements.

PowerPoint Expertise: Develop visually dynamic presentations for e-learning, client pitches, internal meetings, and marketing, incorporating custom animations and transitions.

Brand Consistency: Ensure all visuals align with Able Ventures' brand identity across digital and print platforms.

Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and content teams to create cohesive, visually engaging content.

Qualifications

4+ years of proven experience in a design role.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects).

Advanced skills in PowerPoint design, including animations and transitions.

Strong portfolio showcasing creative skills and past work.

Knowledge of design layouts, typography, and colour theory.

Detail-oriented with a knack for managing multiple projects under tight deadlines.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively as required.

Additional Preferences

Familiarity with HTML and CSS for customizing eLearning templates and web content.

Basic JavaScript knowledge for interactive designs.

Experience with e-learning authoring tools (Articulate 360, Vyond).

Customer-focused mindset, adept at identifying solutions and quality improvements from a users perspective.
