Graduate Trainee

• Role Overview:

We are hiring Graduate Trainees for a structured 1-year program, offering exposure across multiple business functions including Customer Success, Supply & Demand Side Sales, Marketplace, Logistics, and Value-Added Services (VAS).

Please note: We are considering any commerce background postgraduate students for these roles and Willingness to travel PAN India and relocate

• Key purpose of the role:

To develop multi-functional talent by providing hands-on experience across departments and aligning individuals to suitable roles based on their performance, skills, and business requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Support customer onboarding, training, and engagement, including POC execution and business reviews
• Assist in new customer acquisition, account management, and sales conversions through proposals and follow-ups
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling, up-selling, and reactivation of dormant customers
• Contribute to supply-demand coordination, transaction execution, and basic commercial understanding
• Work closely with teams to ensure smooth logistics, service delivery, and issue resolution
• Support platform operations and Value-Added Services (VAS) performance and tracking
• Monitor market trends, service performance, and operational efficiency
• Maintain reports, documentation, and performance trackers
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Operations, Finance, Logistics, Customer Success)
• Contribute to process improvements and overall business efficiency
