Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated Mechanical Engineering graduate to join our R&D team as a Graduate Engineering Trainee. This role offers you the chance to work on live product development projects gaining real experience in design, prototyping, and manufacturing from day one.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and refine CAD models to support new product development
• Assist in prototype development, functional testing, and validation
• Prepare and maintain Bills of Materials (BOMs) and technical documentation
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams across development stages
• Support design improvement initiatives and root cause analysis
• Contribute to the transition of new products into manufacturing

What We're Looking For

• B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
• Familiarity with CAD tools and product testing fundamentals
• Exposure to injection molding or metrology is an added advantage
• Eagerness to learn, collaborate, and grow in a product-focused environment
