Job Description
Role: Google Dialog flow TechLead
Experience: 7+
Location: Noida/Gurugram/Pune/Bangalore
Roles & Responsibilities
- Define technical vision and lead end-to-end delivery of Google Contact Center AI (CCAI) solutions, with focus on Agent Assist and Dialogflow CX.
- Lead full lifecycle of CCAI projectsfrom design and development to deployment and post-production support.
- Design, develop, and deliver chatbots, voicebots, and IVR solutions using Dialogflow ES/CX (minimum 35 project implementations).
- Integrate Dialogflow with contact center platforms such as Genesys, Twilio, and Google CCAI partner integrations.
- Provide hands-on expertise in ADK, playbooks, troubleshooting, and CCAI configurations.
- Develop cloud-based Conversational AI solutions using NLP, Python, and Node.js.
- Act as a technical lead and individual contributor, managing clients, stakeholders, and delivery teams.
- Ensure high-quality communication, documentation, and stakeholder alignment.
