Google Ads Lead

Job Summary

We are looking for an experiencedGoogle Ads Specialist / PPC Leadto manage and scale campaigns across Search, Demand Gen, and Performance Max.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in campaign execution, performance optimization, and data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Demand Gen, Performance Max)
• Monitor campaign performance and adjust bids, budgets, and targeting
• Improve conversion rates and ROI through continuous testing and optimization
• Manage audience targeting, keyword strategies, and ad creatives
• Analyze performance data and generate actionable insights
• Work closely with internal teams (analytics, content, and design)
• Stay updated with Google Ads features, updates, and best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 36 years of hands-on experience in Google Ads (PPC / Paid Search)
• Strong understanding of bidding strategies and campaign optimization
• Experience with conversion tracking and performance analysis
• Familiarity with Demand Gen and Performance Max campaigns
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage budgets and improve campaign efficiency

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing high-budget or international campaigns
• Knowledge ofGoogle Analytics 4andGoogle Tag Manager
• Agency experience is a plus
