Position Role & Responsibilities: Lead multi-functional team members, ability to drive teams to achieve results covering Safety, Quality, Volume, Cost.

About the Role

Responsible for business results Exposure in running production with managerial competencies, decision making, execution, escalation and supporting team.

Responsibilities

• Daily Production/ Performance Monitoring, drive corrective actions, ensuring shop floor practices with manufacturing team
• Solving Customer problems - addressing the issues with quick solutions and prevention of future occurrences
• Close interaction with Supplier quality team, Supply chain team

Qualifications

• BE (Mech or Automobile or production) full time with 25 - 30 years of relevant experience

Required Skills

• Expertise in High precision Grinding / Machining / Heat treatment
• Expertise in High precision Assembly & product testing
• Clean room practices
• Robotics
• Machine building experience
• Implementation of KANBAN / JIT / TPM / TQM Lean Manufacturing concepts
• Knowledge in IIOT
• Exposure to ISO 14000, TS16949
• Knowledge of Tools / Fixtures design and management
• Trouble shooting of processes and equipment
• Process Improvements, identifying and implementation
• CNC Programming knowledge, process setting in Machining & Assembly operations.
