Global Payroll Specialist

Were on a fast-track hiring mode and looking for a hands-on Global Payroll Specialist who can hit the ground running from Day 1.

If you are currently managing end-to-end, in-house payroll across multiple countries, this is your opportunity to step into a high-visibility role.

What you MUST bring:

• Proven experience in end-to-end in-house payroll
• Exposure to US, India, UK & Canada payroll
• Strong grip on tax calculations, statutory compliance & benefits
• Hands-on with:
• W2, W4, 1099 (US)
• PF, ESI, TDS, Form 16 (India)
• PAYE, NI, P45/P60 (UK)
• CPP, EI, T4 (Canada)
• Experience with ADP / Workday / SAP or similar payroll systems

Compensation & Benefits / Total Rewards

• Lead global annual compensation cycles pay bands, merit revisions, bonuses, and promotions.
• Drive global salary benchmarking, market competitiveness analysis, and job evaluation methodologies; define and maintain compensation frameworks.
• Oversee global benefit programs including healthcare, retirement plans, leave policies, wellness initiatives, and flexible benefit options.
• Ensure Total Rewards strategy supports attraction, retention, performance, and global mobility.
