Job Title: GIS Solution Architect

Years of Experience: 10 to 12+ Years

Notice Period: Immediate Joiners

Location: Pan India

Skill Level: Expert Senior technical leader with extensive experience in driving Enterprise GIS modernization and upgrade initiatives.

Core ESRI Skills:

Strong expertise in ArcGIS Enterprise architecture and administration, including Portal, Server, Data Store, Web Adaptors, and License Manager
Proven experience in planning and executing Enterprise GIS upgrades (10.x 11.x)
Hands-on experience with ArcGIS Pro migration strategy, planning, and governance
In-depth knowledge of security architecture, including federation, authentication mechanisms, SSL, and access control
Experience in system monitoring, performance tuning, and ensuring operational readiness

Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end technical delivery of Enterprise GIS modernization and upgrade programs
Define target architecture, upgrade roadmap, sequencing, and environment strategy
Provide technical leadership across installation, configuration, migration, testing, and production deployment
Review and validate architecture designs, migration strategies, and deployment readiness
Proactively identify and mitigate technical risks, dependencies, and integration challenges
Collaborate with infrastructure, database, application, and operations teams for seamless execution
Ensure compliance with organizational governance, security, and quality standards
Support stabilization, hypercare, and transition to steady-state operations
