Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Training Delivery
Conduct German language training sessions up to B2 level
Deliver structured lessons aligned with CEFR standards
Support students in building reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills
Student Assessment & Support
Evaluate student progress through regular assessments
Provide constructive feedback and personalized guidance
Assist learners in preparing for certification exams
Classroom Management & Engagement
Create an interactive and engaging classroom environment
Adapt teaching methods based on different learning styles
Maintain discipline and ensure effective learning outcomes
Eligibility & Requirements
Minimum B2 level German certification (mandatory)
27 years of experience in teaching/training German language
Strong communication and classroom management skills
Comfortable working in rotational shifts
Passion for teaching and student success
Preferred Candidate Profile
Experience in corporate or online language training
Familiarity with international exams like Goethe, TELC, or TestDaF
Learner-focused and adaptable teaching approach
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
