German Language Trainer

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru for a German Language Trainer. The German Language Trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering language training sessions, creating course materials, assessing student progress, and providing individualized feedback. The trainer will also be tasked with preparing students for language proficiency exams and collaborating with the team to develop and enhance the language training program.

Requirements :

• Fluency in German B2 level and robust knowledge of German grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation
• Experience in teaching or training, preferably in a language learning environment
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to create engaging and effective learning materials
• Good organizational and time-management skills
• Experience in preparing students for language proficiency exams (e.g., Goethe-Zertifikat, TestDaF)
• Bachelor's degree in German Language, Education, Linguistics, or a related field
• Experience working in a multicultural environment is a plus
