Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop AI agents and copilots using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, and Azure OpenAI Service
Build and optimise Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines connecting agents to customers enterprise knowledge bases and data sources
Develop and maintain prompt libraries, agent templates, and reusable workflow components
Integrate agents with enterprise systems via APIs, connectors, and Azure Event Hub
Implement logging, traceability, and human-in-the-loop approval flows for regulated use cases
Create and maintain proper documentation/SOPs/Best Practices for audit and compliance
Ensure developed agents adhere to GxP requirements and contribute to validation documentation
Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate use case requirements into agent specifications
Support the Platform team in documenting agent design, testing protocols, and deployment runbooks
Contribute to the governance layer ensuring outputs are auditable and aligned with responsible AI principles

Skills & Experience :

36 years of software development experience; strong Python and/or other programming language skills required
Hands-on experience with Azure OpenAI Service, LangChain, or similar LLM orchestration frameworks
Understanding of the new Azure Agent Framework/Agent 365 is a big plus
Working knowledge of Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and Azure AI Foundry
Understanding of RAG architecture, vector databases (Azure AI Search / Pinecone), and prompt engineering
Microsoft certification: AI-102 (Azure AI Engineer Associate) preferred
Ability to work closely with non-technical business users to understand and translate requirements
Exposure to GxP, pharma, or regulated industry contexts is a must
