Generative AI Engineer

We are looking for - GenAI Developer

Experience: 4 to 9 Years

Location: PAN India

Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)

• Atleast one agentic AI framework - Langgraph (most used), Autogen/Semantic Kernel/Microsoft Agent Framework (in case of .net stack)

1. Prompt Engineering - CoT/ReAct
2. Agent Orchestration
3. Agent Memory - long and short term memory (conversational agents)
4. Tools / MCP
5. Workflows

• Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) -

1. vector dbs - FAISS or pgVector (PostgresSQL)
2. Azure Document Intelligence , Azure Search (generally used in Optum) - indexing
3. Azure Open AI /sentence transformers.

• Basic python programming or .NET - ability to use vscode -

1. FastAPI - for hosting agent
2. Open Telemetry for tracing , logging and collecting metrics
3. Basic vibe coding using Github Copilot

Good-to-Have -

Guardrails (toxicity, PII, etc)

Evaluation (accuracy, etc)

Containerization (Docker), K8

Azure Open AI - GPT models

A2A - for agent to agent communication ACP
