What we are looking for:

We are seeking a Generative AI Developer to design, build, and operate Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) applications and Agentic AI solutions exclusively on Microsoft Azure. The role focuses on integrating Azure OpenAI, enterprise data platforms, and AI orchestration frameworks to deliver scalable, secure GenAI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

RAG Application Development (Azure)

• Design and implement RAG pipelines using:
• Azure OpenAI (GPT-4o / GPT-4o-mini, embeddings)
• Azure AI Search (vector, semantic, and hybrid search)
• Azure Blob Storage / ADLS Gen2

Implement:

• Document ingestion (PDF, Word, PPT, CSV, scanned documents)
• Chunking, embeddings, metadata enrichment
• Query rewriting, re-ranking, and grounding techniques
• Evaluate and optimize RAG quality using precision@k, recall@k, and hallucination detection.

2. Agentic AI Development (Azure)

• Develop AI agents for enterprise use cases such as:
• Knowledge assistants and copilots
• IT and business process automation
• Decision-support systems
• Implement agent orchestration using:
• LangChain / LangGraph
• Semantic Kernel
• Azure AI Studio Prompt Flow
• Build planner-executor-validator agent patterns with human-in-the-loop controls.

3. Azure Cloud & Platform Integration

• Work extensively with:
• Azure OpenAI Service
• Azure AI Studio
• Azure AI Search
• Azure Functions / Azure Container Apps / AKS
• Azure Monitor, Application Insights
• Implement CI/CD pipelines using:
• Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions
• Manage secrets and access using Azure Key Vault and Entra ID.

Minimum Qualification: 15 years of full-time education
