Non-Negotiables for the Role

• Complex, hands-on RAG architecture implementation
• Multi-agent architecture (end-to-end, not just chatbot-level)
• Agentic frameworks LangGraph, A2A, ADK
• MCP exposure (preferred, not hard blocker)
• ML fundamentals (core components of GenAI solutions)
• Strong Python coding
• End-to-end project delivery experience (one full project, start to finish)

Cloud & Experience Flexibility

• Azure preferred, but AWS acceptable if candidate is strong across other areas
• Willing to let candidate learn Azure on the job
• Experience: 68 years preferred, but open to 4.55 years if candidate ticks most boxes
• GitHub Copilot listed in JD relevant but not a hard requirement
