This is a full-time hybrid role for a Generative AI Engineer based in Chennai, with an opportunity for partial remote work. The role involves the design, development, fine-tuning, and deployment of large language models (LLMs) and generative AI systems. Responsibilities include implementing reinforcement learning with human feedback (RLHF), improving model efficiency, conducting model evaluation, and working with cross-functional teams to deliver AI solutions aligned with client needs. The engineer will also stay updated on the latest advancements in machine learning and assist in integrating generative AI capabilities into Objectways' existing infrastructure.

• Proficiency in machine learning frameworks, including TensorFlow and PyTorch
• Experience in building and fine-tuning Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI systems
• Understanding of reinforcement learning techniques, specifically RLHF
• Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with AI/ML libraries
• Proven ability to design and optimize machine learning algorithms at scale
• Experience with data engineering practices such as data collection, preprocessing, and analysis
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure for deploying AI models
• Good communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and presenting technical concepts
• A strong academic foundation in computer science, artificial intelligence, or a related field (Bachelors, Masters, or PhD preferred)
• Knowledge of ethical AI practices and understanding of data security protocols will be an advantage
