About the Role

This role involves designing, developing, and deploying GenAI solutions using Microsoft and Azure technologies.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and deploy GenAI solutions using Microsoft and Azure technologies
• Build RAG pipelines and agentic workflows using LangChain and LangGraph
• Develop scalable APIs and services to integrate LLMs into enterprise applications
• Implement prompt engineering model evaluation and optimization techniques
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into AI solutions
• Ensure production reliability through performance tuning and observability
• Document technical designs, workflows, and best practices

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Python and GenAI frameworks
• Expertise in Azure services: Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, Azure Functions, APIM, Cosmos DB, and Azure Storage
• Hands-on experience with RAG pipelines and LLM integration
• Knowledge of prompt engineering and model evaluation techniques

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in Python and GenAI frameworks
• Expertise in Azure services: Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, Azure Functions, APIM, Cosmos DB, and Azure Storage
• Hands-on experience with RAG pipelines and LLM integration
• Knowledge of prompt engineering and model evaluation techniques
• Good in Python programming
• RAG experience with Vector search
• Langchain / Langgraph
• Must :
• Most of the positions require experience in Azure AI. For them check for experience in Azure AI services.
• Some are based on AWS. Check for experience in AWS Bedrock and other services.
• Nice to have : Experience with largescale finetuning workflows

Preferred Skills

• Working knowledge of React and JavaScript for AI-powered interfaces
• Exposure to structured output validation and fine-tuning
• Familiarity with CICD pipelines and LLMOps practices

Preferred Certifications

• Microsoft Certified Azure AI Engineer AI102
