Generative AI Engineer

Designation: AI Engineer (Fullstack)

THE ROLE

Build and ship complete AI-powered products end to end LLMs, autonomous agents, APIs, and frontend interfaces deployed across healthcare, education, and media verticals. You will own agent workflows that automate sales, HR, finance, and content operations for real businesses.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Build end-to-end AI features across the full stack (backend + frontend)
• Design agent workflows for business functions sales automation, HR ops, content generation, financial reporting
• Build RAG pipelines with vector databases, hybrid retrieval, and domain-specific knowledge bases
• Create interactive AI interfaces (chat, streaming dashboards, real-time feedback)
• Own APIs and backend services for multi-agent orchestration
• Implement evaluation, monitoring, and outcome attribution systems

MUST-HAVE SKILLS

• 3+ years of software engineering experience
• Strong Python and TypeScript fullstack applications (API + frontend)
• Hands-on with LLMs, prompt engineering, and agent tool-calling patterns
• Understanding of RAG, embeddings, vector search, and retrieval optimization
• Experience with async workflows, scalable backends, and real-time/streaming systems

STRONG PREFERENCE FOR

• Built AI products in sales tech, HR tech, fintech, or media/content platforms
• Domain experience in healthcare, education, or media industries
• Experience with agent orchestration, multi-agent systems, and tool usage frameworks
• Worked with LLM evaluation and observability (Langfuse, LangSmith, or similar)
• Strong system design you architect scalable, reliable systems and treat engineering as craft
