Generalist – Operations & Studio (Entry-Level)

DizzyDuck is a women-first brand building across apparel and active lounge wear for

women, along with community-driven experiences. Alongside our product line, we run a

studio offering a mix of fitness and movement practices including yoga, mat pilates, animal

flow, aerial yoga, hula hoop, and dance fitness, along with curated events.

About the Role

Were looking for a highly reliable and proactive generalist to support across studio

operations, order fulfilment, and day-to-day business tasks. This is a hands-on role for

someone who is comfortable working across functions and being involved wherever needed.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Studio & Event Operations

• Assist in managing day-to-day studio operations
• Be present during assigned weekend events
• Ensure smooth on-ground execution of classes and events
• Support the team in managing studio activities

2. Order Fulfilment & Inventory

• Assist with packing and dispatching orders
• Ensure order accuracy and quality checks
• Help track inventory and flag low stock
• Support with stock checks and basic inventory management

3. Business Operations

• Assist with vendor coordination and basic logistics
• Support with day-to-day operational tasks
• Conduct basic checks on the website (orders, flows, bugs)

4. Generalist Support

• Step in across studio, brand, and operations as needed
• Support the team and founders with execution-heavy tasks

Work Structure

• 5-day work week
• 4 days Work From Office + 1 flexible day (WFH or off depending on weekend work)
• Weekend work required based on event schedule (with weekday off in lieu)

Who You Are

• A recent graduate (01 years experience)
• Highly dependable and hands-on
• Comfortable with both operational and on-ground work
• Willing to learn and take ownership
• Interest in fashion, fitness, or early-stage startups is a plus
