Location: Mumbai

Role: End to end M&A

Designation: SM/DGM/GM

Qualification: MBA (Fulltime , from a tier 1 institute)

Experience: 4-13 years post MBA

Responsibilities:

Sourcing of potential opportunities

Leading transaction negotiation and execution.Drive evaluation of opportunities and prepare business case and ensure deal execution

Identify potential opportunities both direct and through bankers

Work with BUs for transaction evaluation and synergy potential

Lead transaction negotiation and structuring

Lead transaction execution and closure

Financial Analysis and modelling

Valuation

Business Case preparation

Supporting on transaction execution
