General Manager Sales Marketing

Hiring: GM Sales & Marketing (EPC Industry)

We are looking for an experienced and entrepreneurial VP / GM Sales & Marketing to lead business growth, strategic market development, and customer acquisition for our expanding EPC business.

The role is suited for a strong techno-commercial professional who can independently drive opportunities, build customer relationships, and develop new markets across conventional and emerging sectors.

Key Requirements

Engineering graduate in Mechanical Engineering or Chemical Engineering

Minimum 15 years of experience in the EPC industry

Strong exposure to:

• Project implementation
• Estimation and costing
• Techno-commercial discussions and negotiations
• Business development and EPC sales

Ability to independently:

• Set sales targets
• Develop customer networks
• Build partnerships, agents, and business associates
• Drive business growth initiatives

Willingness to travel extensively (approximately 15 days per month) to meet customers and develop new business opportunities

Customer-focused approach with strong ethics, integrity, and long-term relationship orientation

Preferred Exposure

Experience in any of the following sectors will be an advantage:

• Infrastructure Projects
• Sugar Industry
• Distillery Projects
• Industrial / Process EPC

Exposure to African markets will be an added advantage.

Emerging Sectors

Candidate should have the ability to quickly understand and develop EPC opportunities in emerging technologies including:

• CBG / Bioenergy
• Green Methanol
• Other energy transition projects
