The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical quality management, team leadership, and ensuring compliance with industry standards throughout project execution

• s.Develop and implement QA/QC procedures and Quality Management Systems (QMS
• ).Review ITPs, quality plans, and technical documentatio
• n.Oversee inspections, testing, commissioning, and quality audit
• s.Manage NCRs, CAPA, and root cause analysi
• s.Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and project team
• s.Lead and mentor the QA/QC tea

Requireme

• ntsB.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EE
• E).10+ years of Electrical QA/QC experience in EPC or Solar projec
• ts.Strong knowledge of electrical quality standards and documentati
• on.Immediate to 15 days notice period preferr
• ed.Languages: Tamil & English (Hindi is an added advantag
