We are looking for a highly experienced GM/DGM Planning to join our Head Office team. This is a critical leadership role responsible for driving project planning excellence, monitoring execution progress, and ensuring timely delivery of large-scale construction and infrastructure projects.

Position: General Manager / Deputy General Manager Planning

Experience: 1618+ Years

Key Requirements

• B.Tech / M.Tech / MBA from a reputed university/institute.
• 1618+ years of specialized experience in Project Planning and Control.

Proven experience working with:

• PMC (Project Management Consultancy) organizations
• Leading A-Listed Construction/Infrastructure Companies
• Reputed Builder/Developer Organizations

Strong expertise in:

• Project Planning & Scheduling
• Project Monitoring & Control
• Resource Planning
• Progress Tracking & Reporting
• Risk Identification and Mitigation
• Project Execution Coordination

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, monitor, and control project schedules to ensure timely execution.
• Coordinate with project, engineering, procurement, and execution teams for effective planning and delivery.
• Prepare project baselines, recovery plans, and milestone tracking reports.
• Monitor project progress, identify delays, and recommend corrective actions.
• Conduct critical path analysis, resource optimization, and productivity assessments.
• Generate MIS, dashboards, and management reports for leadership review.
• Ensure alignment between planning objectives and on-ground project execution.
• Support strategic decision-making through data-driven planning insights.
