Job Title - General Manager - Leasing

Location - Pune

Job Description -

The General Manager - Leasing is responsible for overseeing the leasing operations of the company, managing a team of leasing professionals, and developing strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue.

Roles & Responsibilities -

• Develop and implement leasing strategies to achieve occupancy goals
• Manage leasing team and provide guidance and support
• Negotiate lease agreements and ensure compliance with leasing policies
• Analyze market trends and competition to make informed leasing decisions
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to drive leasing initiatives

Must-Have Skills-

• Commercial Leasing
• Leasing Strategy, Lease Negotiation & Closure
• Revenue Generation
• Market Research & Analysis
• Stakeholder Management and Team Leadership
• Business Development

Preferred Skills-

• Experience in commercial real estate, retail leasing, office leasing, or mixed-use developments
• Strong network with corporate occupiers, leasing consultants, IPCs, and channel partners
• Experience managing large commercial assets and leasing portfolios
• Exposure to leasing strategy, occupancy planning, and revenue optimization

Educational Background -

• Graduate and Postgraduate qualifications from AICTE-approved and/or UGC-recognized institutions
• MBA in Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related discipline preferred
