General Manager - Growth

Were looking for a high-ownership, data-driven growth leader to build, scale, and optimise our user acquisition engine. This role goes beyond performance marketing; youll own growth outcomes end-to-end, from strategy to execution, while leading a high-impact team in a fast-paced startup environment.

What Youll Own

• Lead and scale end-to-end paid acquisition across Meta, Google, YouTube, and emerging platforms
• Drive aggressive user growth while maintaining strong unit economics
• Own and manage large monthly ad budgets, with a sharp focus on daily experimentation and optimisation
• Build a robust growth engine, testing new channels, creatives, and campaign strategies at scale
• Deep-dive into performance data, identify insights, and translate them into clear, actionable strategies
• Own growth analytics & reporting, define KPIs, build dashboards, and guide decision-making
• Stay ahead of the curve on platform changes, new ad formats, and growth trends
• Work closely with Product & Tech to strengthen tracking, attribution, and event pipelines
• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing growth team

What Were Looking For

• 5+ years in performance marketing/growth, with strong exposure to app-led businesses
• Proven track record of scaling paid acquisition with large budgets
• Strong expertise in tools like Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, AppsFlyer/Branch, and advanced Excel/Sheets
• Highly analytical and experimental mindset, comfortable working with data, dashboards, and rapid iteration
• Ability to operate with high ownership and autonomy in a fast-moving startup
• Prior experience in B2C apps, D2C brands, or gaming is a strong plus

Note: The FRND team works 6 days a week, with 1st and 3rd Saturdays being working days.
