Job Title - General Manager - Banking

Location - Pune

Job Description -

We are looking for an experienced and entrepreneurial leader to head our Banking Vertical and drive it as an independent business unit. The role will be responsible for managing banking operations, APF approvals, banking partnerships, customer financing, compliance, connector networks, and business development initiatives. The ideal candidate will play a key role in establishing the Banking function as a revenue-generating vertical while ensuring seamless financing solutions for customers and external business partners.

Roles & Responsibilities -

Lead the Banking Vertical as an independent business unit, driving growth, profitability, and strategic expansion

Manage end-to-end banking operations including APF approvals, sanctions, disbursements, compliance, and customer financing

Build and strengthen relationships with Banks, NBFCs, HFCs, DSAs, and other financial institutions to enhance business opportunities

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless customer financing journeys and operational excellence

Lead, mentor, and monitor the Banking team while driving performance through defined KRAs, KPIs, and MIS reviews

Must-Have Skills-

Strong expertise in Real Estate Banking and APF Management

Extensive experience in loan sanctions, disbursements, compliance, and customer financing

Strong network across Banks, NBFCs, HFCs, and financial institutions

Business development and banking partnership management experience

Leadership experience with team management and stakeholder engagement

Strong analytical, negotiation, and relationship management skills

Preferred Skills-

Experience in Real Estate, Banking, Housing Finance, or NBFC sectors

Strong network across Banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions

Experience in banking partnerships and business development

Prior experience managing a business vertical or profit center

Educational Background -

Graduate and Postgraduate qualifications from AICTE-approved and/or UGC-recognized institutions

MBA in Finance, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline preferred
