Job Profile

• Revenue Recognition & Compliance:
• Ensure revenue is recognized in accordance with GAAP and ASC 606.
• Review contracts and agreements to determine appropriate revenue treatment.
• Project Accounting:
• Track and monitor project-related costs and revenues.
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure accurate billing and revenue forecasting.
• Maintain project accounting records and ensure alignment with financial reporting.
• Support budgeting and variance analysis for ongoing projects.
• Month-End Close Activities:
• Prepare and post revenue-related journal entries.
• Perform account reconciliations and variance analysis.
• Reporting & Analysis:
• Generate and analyze revenue and project reports for management.
• Track revenue trends and provide insights to support strategic decisions.
• Audit & Documentation:
• Support internal and external audits by providing documentation and explanations.
• Maintain accurate records of revenue transactions and adjustments.

Skills required

• Knowledge of Record to Report cycle
• Strong accounting knowledge
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Good knowledge of Oracle Cloud and PowerBI is mandatory
