About Position:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Gen AI Python Architect with 10+ years of strong experience in software development, architecture design, and hands-on expertise in Generative AI technologies. The ideal candidate will architect, develop, and deploy GenAI-driven solutions across text, image, video, and audio domains while ensuring robust data infrastructure, high-quality data pipelines, and scalable cloud-native systems. Must have Excellent communication skills and Team handling and customer facing experience.

What You'll Do:

• Generative AI & Architecture
• Architect, develop, and deploy Generative AI models including LLMs, multimodal models, large vision models, etc.
• Implement prompt engineering, tuning, optimization, and evaluation for various foundation models.
• Design scalable solutions using RAG architectures, vector databases, and cognitive services.
• Collaborate with data scientists and cross-functional teams to translate business needs into AI/ML-enabled solutions.
• Monitor and maintain the health, performance, and scalability of AI systems and pipelines.
• Data Engineering & Cloud
• Design, build, and maintain optimized data pipelines and processing workflows.
• Ensure data quality, integrity, governance, and lifecycle management.
• Implement and optimize data storage and compute solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data pipelines, infrastructure, and AI models.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in GCP services and generative AI technologies.
• GCP Expertise (Must Have)
• Proficient in:
• BigQuery , Dataflow, Pub/Sub, AI Platform / Vertex AI
• Programming & Technical Skills
• Strong proficiency in Python for model development, automation, and backend services.
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design principles.
• Excellent problemsolving abilities and attention to detail.

Expertise You'll Bring:

• 10+ years of deep experience in software development, architecture, and designing scalable enterprise solutions.
• Strong expertise in Generative AI technologies, including LLMs, multimodal models, vision models, and RAG/Vector DB architectures.
• Proven hands-on experience in building, deploying, and optimizing AI systems across text, image, video, and audio domains.
• Strong foundation in data structures, algorithms, system design, and distributed computing concepts.
• Proficiency in Python, with experience writing production-grade, modular, and scalable code.
• Extensive experience designing and maintaining data pipelines, data workflows, and data quality frameworks.
• Strong working knowledge of GCP servicesBigQuery, Dataflow, Pub/Sub, Vertex AIwith experience building cloud-native AI solutions.
• Expertise in prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and model optimization for enterprise-grade GenAI applications.
• Experience troubleshooting complex data, model, and infrastructure issues across cloud environments.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with data scientists, analysts, and engineering teams to deliver endtoend AI solutions.
• Exposure to C#, AWS (ECS, S3), and Elasticsearch is a strong plus.
• Strong understanding of microservices communication, data integrity, and secure cloud architecture.
• Experience working in Agile environments, participating in sprints, stand-ups, and iterative delivery processes.
• Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and stakeholder management skills.
