Job Title: GenAI Legacy Modernization + Agentic AI Transformation Lead

Base Location: Bangalore

Level : Associate Director (10 to 13 years experience)

Mobility Flexibility: Must be ok to travel to client location (if required) for long periods of 6 to 8 months outside of base location, Monthly fly Backs and cost of stay will be borne by company.

Role Overview

We are seeking a visionary Principal Architect with a sales bent of mind to spearhead the development of our proposition on legacy modernization and Agentic AIled transformation and help take these offerings to market to GCC (Global Capability Centre) clients in the Financial Services space.

In addition to modernizing monolithic legacy platforms, this role focuses on applying Agentic AI to re-imagine, redesign, and automate complex end-to-end banking processes, bridging technology modernization with AI-driven Business Process Re-engineering (BPR).

Key Responsibilities

• Proposition Owner:
• Ability to develop and own the legacy core modernization proposition and have engaging conversations with client CxOs and engineering leads to showcase our solution, methodology and accelerators to help them navigate large scale and complex core banking / payment platform modernization engagements.
• Lead Agentic AIled BPR initiatives across banking GCC operations (payments, trade finance, reconciliations, regulatory reporting, treasury, finance, customer service, etc.)
• Tool Architecture:
• Build GenAI-based migration and transformation tool chains for legacy code migration
• Design multi-agent AI systems with human-in-the-loop, explainability, and regulatory-safe deployment

Required "Must-Have" Skills

• AI Engineering: Proven hands-on experience building custom LLM-powered applications using frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, or agentic workflows (e.g., CrewAI, AutoGen).
• Legacy Domain Knowledge: Familiarity with mainframe environments (z/OS, CICS, JCL) and procedural languages like COBOL.
• Agentic AI: Hands-on experience designing and deploying Agentic AI solutions for Financial Services clients. Proven application of multi-agent orchestration, planner-executor patterns, and AI-driven automation
• Financial Services Context: Experience modernizing core banking systems, payment gateways, or high-throughput financial ledgers and multi-agent orchestration and automation for FS GCC Operations
