Roles & Responsibilities:

• Fine-tune and optimize Large Language Models (LLMs) for specific use cases
• Deploy generative AI models in production using AWS with scalability and reliability
• Design and implement end-to-end AI solutions integrating NLP and cloud services
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs using FastAPI for AI/LLM services
• Build NLP-driven applications including search and indexing capabilities
• Evaluate LLM performance and implement improvements based on use cases
• Design and implement agentic AI workflows for automation and efficiency
• Stay updated with latest advancements in GenAI, NLP, and LLM evaluation
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into production-ready solutions

Experience Required:

• 5 - 13 years of experience in AI/ML or full stack development
• Strong hands-on experience in Python and NLP techniques
• Experience with LLMs, GenAI frameworks, and model fine-tuning
• Expertise in AWS services for deploying AI solutions
• Experience in building APIs using FastAPI (Flask is a plus)
• Exposure to search/indexing systems and data pipelines
• Experience working in production environments with scalable systems
