GenAI Architect Calsoft

We are looking for a GenAI Architect to lead the design and implementation of enterprise-scale Generative AI platforms. This role requires deep expertise in LLM systems, cloud-native architecture, and production-grade AI deployments. You will translate business problems into scalable, secure, and high-performance AI systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end architecture for Generative AI systems, including LLMs, RAG pipelines, and agentic workflows
• Drive architectural decisions across scalability, latency, cost optimization, and security
• Design and implement production-grade RAG systems, including retrieval pipelines and vector search infrastructure
• Evaluate and integrate LLMs across providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, open-source models), selecting for use case fit and cost-performance tradeoffs
• Establish best practices across prompt engineering, fine-tuning, evaluation, and model optimization
• Translate business use cases into technical system designs and execution roadmaps
• Define frameworks for evaluation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of LLM systems
• Ensure governance across data privacy, security, compliance, and responsible AI usage
• Mentor engineering teams, review system designs, and raise the technical bar across projects
• Drive adoption of GenAI across enterprise workflows and product platforms

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in AI/ML, data science, or advanced analytics
• Strong hands-on experience building and deploying LLM-based systems in production
• Deep expertise in RAG architectures, LangChain, LangGraph, and agentic frameworks
• Proficiency in Python and major AI frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face)
• Experience with vector databases such as Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate, or Chroma
• Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and AI/ML services
• Solid understanding of microservices, APIs, and distributed system design
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Good to Have

• Experience with multi-agent systems and autonomous workflows
• Familiarity with MLOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes
• Exposure to data engineering, streaming systems, and real-time AI pipelines
