Overview of the Role

Location: Hyderabad, Chennai, Bangalore and Noida

The Senior Solution Architect will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of HCLTechs enterprise IT landscape. This position is responsible for designing robust, scalable, and innovative solution architectures tailored to complex business requirements. The architect will collaborate closely with business and technology stakeholders, driving strategic initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, technological advancement, and contribute to HCLTechs reputation as a leader in digital innovation.

Detailed Responsibilities

• Assess the current domain IT landscape and optimize the application portfolio through comprehensive gap analysis and risk assessment.
• Develop and articulate solution and architectural views, including logical, conceptual, development, execution, infrastructure, and operations architecture.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teamsbusiness leaders, project managers, and development teamsto gather, analyze, and prioritize requirements, ensuring alignment with enterprise objectives.
• Lead efforts in knowledge enhancement by staying abreast of emerging technologies, products, and best practices within the IT industry.
• Drive innovation by exploring, proposing, and implementing new solutions that address evolving business needs and contribute to organizational growth.
• Author and contribute to white papers, technical documentation, and the companys knowledge base, fostering a culture of information sharing and continuous learning.

Skill Requirements

Must-Have Technical Skills

• Expertise in Generative AI (Gen AI), Machine Learning, and Statistical Modeling
• Strong understanding of enterprise IT architecture frameworks and methodologies

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
• Proven experience in solution architecture, preferably in large-scale, complex environments
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Certifications (Preferred)

• Certification in Solution Architecture (e.g., TOGAF, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect)
• Relevant certification in AI/ML technologies
