Must Have Skills

1. Strong experience as a Functional Subject Matter Expert in the relevant business domain.
2. Ability to analyze business processes, workflows, and functional requirements.
3. Proven experience translating business requirements into:

• Functional Specifications
• User Stories
• Acceptance Criteria

1. Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
2. Ability to support teams during:

• Design
• Development
• Testing
• UAT

Good to Have

• Experience working with technology delivery teams (Cloud, Data, AI, Enterprise Platforms).
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery models.
• Experience supporting pre-sales activities and client presentations.
• Knowledge of domain-specific regulations, standards, and compliance requirements.
