Functional QA

Job Description :-

• Functional QA with knowledge of Automation testing with 6+ years of experience.
• Lead end-to-end QA activities for multiple large and complex software projects, including test planning, execution, defect management, and stakeholder communication.
• Analyze business and technical requirements for completeness, accuracy, ambiguity, and testability while defining testing scope, risks, and assumptions.
• Design, develop, prioritize, and maintain functional, API, regression, and integration test cases to ensure high-quality software delivery.
• Execute System Testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and defect tracking activities, ensuring timely resolution and quality compliance.
• Develop and enhance QA standards, testing frameworks, automation strategies, and continuous improvement initiatives across projects.
• Mandatory experience in ERP system testing with strong understanding of supplier invoice processing, customer invoicing, finance workflows, and end-to-end transaction validation across integrated enterprise applications.
• Hands-on experience in Workday integration testing along with practical exposure to leveraging AI in QA lifecycle activities including AI-assisted test case generation, manual testing optimization, automation enhancement, and intelligent defect analysis.
• Collaborate closely with development teams, business stakeholders, and project managers to validate solutions against business requirements and delivery timelines.
• Provide regular status reports, testing metrics, and quality insights to senior leadership and project stakeholders.
• Utilize automation tools, AI-driven test case generation, and strong analytical/problem-solving skills to improve testing efficiency and software reliability.
