HCLTech is looking for an experienced ServiceNow ITOM Consultant with strong expertise in CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, and IT Asset Management.

Key Skills & Experience Required:

Strong understanding of ITSM bestpractice processes

Handson experience with ServiceNow Change, Configuration & Asset Management

5+ years of ITOM functional consultancy experience

Expertise in CSDM concepts to maintain CMDBAMDB data integrity

Experience analyzing multiple CI and data sources (Discovery, procurement systems, etc.)

Proven experience with CMDB Health Dashboards

10+ years in CMDB / ITOM solutioning

5+ years of handson ServiceNow Discovery experience

Strong IT Asset Management lifecycle knowledge (hardware & software)

Additional Responsibilities:

• Lead technicalfunctional discussions for Asset & Configuration modules
• Collaborate with Technical Architects on solution design and functional specs
• Participate in Configuration Management meetings & Story Time
• Document functional specifications, test cases, and solutions

Preferred Qualifications:

ITIL v3 Foundation / Intermediate

ServiceNow ITOM / Discovery certifications

Asset & CMDB architecture solutioning experience

ServiceNow Administration knowledge
