Role Description

Bcommune is looking for a highly capable Full-Stack Tech Lead who can take ownership of end-to-end system design and execution. This role is intended for individuals who have already worked on complex systems and can operate with minimal supervision.

You will work across the complete technology stack, contributing to architecture, backend systems, database design, and frontend development using React and TypeScript. The role involves building high-performance, low-latency systems, optimizing APIs, and contributing to proprietary data-driven algorithms.

You are expected to make engineering decisions, ensure system scalability and security, and align technical execution with product and business goals. This is not an entry-level or learning roleit requires hands-on expertise and accountability.

Key Expectations

• Design and contribute to full-stack architecture (Backend, Database, React/TypeScript Frontend)
• Build and optimize high-performance, low-latency systems
• Develop secure, scalable APIs and backend services
• Implement robust authentication, authorization, and data protection mechanisms
• Contribute to proprietary algorithm development and optimization
• Handle CI/CD pipelines, deployments, and system monitoring
• Take ownership of technical decisions and system reliability

Required Qualifications (Apply only if you meet these)

• Strong, proven experience in full-stack development (React, TypeScript, backend frameworks, PostgreSQL)
• Experience building and scaling production-grade systems
• Solid understanding of system design, performance optimization, and security principles
• Ability to independently handle complex technical challenges
• Demonstrated ownership in previous engineering roles

Additional / Preferred Skills

• Experience in HR Tech, FinTech, or networking platforms
• Strong experience with Cloud (AWS) and distributed systems
• Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes
• Advanced database optimization and performance tuning skills
