We manage flagship government-sponsored executive education programs including the UAE-India Leaders Program, delivered in partnership with the National Projects Office (NPO) under the UAE Ministry of Presidential Affairs and the Zayed Education Foundation.

We are on an ambitious growth trajectory targeting Rs. 60 CR revenue in FY 2026-27 and an IPO by 2030. This role is critical to achieving that vision.

Role Summary

The Full Stack Engineer is accountable for developing and maintaining scalable web applications that power Authentica's internal and external digital infrastructure. Reporting to the Technology Lead, you will work across the full MEAN stack MongoDB, Express.js, Angular, NestJS, and Node.js building responsive interfaces, robust APIs, and optimised database architectures that support Authentica's growing operational needs. Your north-star metric is code quality and reliable, on-time delivery of product features.

This is a hands-on engineering role with real ownership. You will be expected to work independently across the stack, contribute meaningfully to architectural decisions, and bring the problem-solving rigor and attention to detail that keeps Authentica's technology performing at the standard our programmes demand.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain web applications using the MEAN stack architecture

Build responsive, cross-browser compatible user interfaces using Angular (15+)

Implement RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express.js/NestJS

Work with asynchronous programming patterns in JavaScript/TypeScript

Design and optimize MongoDB schemas and database operations

Collaborate through code reviews and participate in Agile development processes

Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code

Debug and troubleshoot application issues effectively

Contribute to unit and integration testing efforts

Required QualificationsEducation

Must Have:

Bachelor's Degree: B.E. / B.Tech / MCA or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred additional qualifications:

Full Stack or MEAN Stack certification from a recognized platform (Udemy, Coursera, MongoDB University, or equivalent

Experience

Proven hands-on experience building and shipping full stack applications using the MEAN stack.

24 years of hands-on experience with MEAN stack development

Demonstrated experience delivering end-to-end features across front-end and back-end

Experience working in Agile or Scrum development environments

Exposure to code review processes and collaborative engineering practices

Technical Skills

Deep proficiency across the MEAN stack with strong fundamentals in JavaScript and TypeScript.

Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript

Experience with Angular (versions 10+) and component-based architecture

Working knowledge of Node.js and Express.js/NestJS frameworks

Experience with MongoDB and database optimization techniques

Familiarity with RESTful API development and best practices

Proficiency with version control systems (Git)

Experience with responsive web design using HTML5 and CSS3

Additional Skills and CompetenciesCloud & DevOps

Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and deployment practices is a strong advantage.

Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS)

Experience with CI/CD pipelines

Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker

Understanding of serverless concepts and microservices architecture

Advanced Technical Skills

Additional capabilities that will accelerate impact and enable ownership of complex features.

Knowledge of GraphQL and WebSocket integration

Experience with testing frameworks like Jasmine, Karma, or Mocha

Knowledge of CSS preprocessors (SASS/LESS)

Strong technical fundamentals with a bias for clean, reliable, and maintainable code.

Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

Ability to write well-structured, documented, and testable code

Work Expectations

Schedule

Full-time position (40-45 hrs / week), standard office hours with flexibility for international stakeholder time zones and occasional evening networking activities.

Compensation and Benefits

Competitive compensation: Rs. 7,00,000 - Rs. 11,00,000 per annum (Fixed + Performance Bonus)
