About the Role

We are seeking an experienced full stack developer to design, build, own and deliver a centralized Identity and Access Management (IAM) Dashboard a unified platform that brings together daily operational data and activities from the organization's identity products, including SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC), SailPoint Identity IQ (IIQ), Saviynt, and Ping Identity. The dashboard gives the operations team a single pane of glass to monitor, manage, and act on identity tasks across all these platforms every day.

As the Full stack Developer, you will design and build both the frontend interface and the backend services that aggregate and present IAM data from these tools. You will own the product end-to-end, working closely with the ops team to ensure the dashboard reflects exactly what they need in their daily routine.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain the frontend dashboard, UI, UX to present real-time and daily operational data from SailPoint ISC, SailPoint IIQ, Saviynt, and Ping Identity

Develop backend APIs and data aggregation services that connect to each Identity and Access Management (IAM) platform's APIs and normalize their data for the product.

Create summary and reporting views daily activity, pending task volumes, SLA adherence, and platform health indicators

Integrate with REST APIs (SailPoint, Saviynt, and Ping Identity) to pull live and scheduled data

Ensure data is refreshed reliably and displayed with appropriate context so the ops team can take action directly from the dashboard

Write clean, well-tested code and participate in code reviews; maintain technical documentation

Collaborate with the operations team to understand their daily routines and continuously improve the product based on their feedback

Skills & Experience Required

Frontend

React.js with TypeScript building data-heavy dashboards and operational interfaces

State management (Redux, Zustand, or React Query) for live data and polling

Responsive UI design for admin and ops tooling

User Experience (UX) concepts and experience

Backend

Node.js or Python for API development and data aggregation services

REST API design and consumption experience calling and normalizing data from third-party platforms

Relational databases (PostgreSQL or MySQL) for storing aggregated ops data and user preferences

Caching and scheduling (Redis, cron jobs) for refreshing IAM platform data on a reliable cadence

General

4+ years of Full stack development experience

Experience building internal tooling, admin portals, or ops dashboards is preferred

Version control with Git; CI/CD platforms

Clear communication and ability to work directly with non-technical operations stakeholders

Nice to Have

Hands-on experience with SailPoint ISC REST APIs, IIQ web services, or SailPoint's Identity AI features

Experience with Saviynt's REST APIs for entitlement or access request data

Prior exposure to Ping Identity's Ping One or PingFederate APIs for authentication event data

Background in IAM operations, helpdesk, or access management within a production environment

Knowledge of OAuth 2.0, OIDC, or SCIM as they relate to identity platform integrations
