You'll work across the entire stack, helping build:

• Parent & child assessment systems
• AI-powered reports and insights
• Counsellor dashboards
• Billing and payment systems
• Partner & referral platforms
• Internal analytics tools
• Future AI copilots and recommendation engines

Basically, if it's cool and useful, you'll probably build it.

You'll:

• Build scalable REST APIs using FastAPI
• Design PostgreSQL schemas and SQLAlchemy models
• Create Alembic migrations that don't break production
• Implement JWT authentication, OTP/MFA, password resets
• Build partner referral and commission workflows
• Integrate Razorpay, Nimbbl, Gmail APIs, OpenAI APIs, and more
• Optimize performance and keep things secure

You'll:

• Build beautiful React applications using TypeScript + Vite
• Create reusable UI components with Tailwind CSS
• Consume APIs using Axios/SWR
• Handle forms with React Hook Form + Zod
• Manage state using Zustand
• Build dashboards people actually enjoy using
• Turn complex workflows into clean user experiences

You don't need to be a DevOps wizard, but you should be comfortable:

• SSH'ing into Ubuntu servers
• Managing environment variables
• Debugging deployments
• Working with Nginx reverse proxies
• Supporting GitLab CI/CD pipelines
