Full time content creator

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Content Creator role based in Jaipur for a FEMALE CANDIDATE only. The Content Creator will develop compelling visual and written content for social media, the website, and marketing campaigns, aligned with Kasya.ins brand identity and tone. Daily tasks include planning content calendars, shooting and editing photos or short-form videos, drafting captions and product descriptions, and collaborating with the design and marketing teams to tell brand and product stories.

The role also involves monitoring content performance, suggesting new formats and ideas, and ensuring consistent, inclusive, and aspirational messaging across all platforms. The Content Creator will actively participate in on-site shoots, styling sessions, and creative brainstorming to translate Kasya.ins fashion vision into engaging digital narratives.

Qualifications

Ability to create engaging visual and written content for social media, websites, and marketing campaigns.

• Skills in basic photography and/or video production, including shooting and editing short-form content.
• Experience with social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Reels) and familiarity with current content trends.
• Strong sense of fashion, styling, and aesthetics, with the ability to interpret and express Kasya.ins brand identity.
• Solid writing skills for captions, product descriptions, and brand stories, with attention to detail and grammar.
• Comfort working on-site in Jaipur, collaborating with cross-functional teams and participating in shoots and events.
• Basic knowledge of design or editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, or similar) is an advantage.
• Prior experience in fashion, lifestyle, or content creation roles is preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to manage deadlines, handle multiple projects, and adapt to a fast-paced, creative environment.
