About the Role:

Wisely Online Services Private Limited is looking for a skilled and proactive Full Stack Developer who can design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications. The ideal candidate should have strong frontend and backend development experience and should also know how to effectively use AI tools to improve development speed, code quality, debugging, documentation, testing, and overall productivity.

This role is suitable for someone who is not only technically sound but also comfortable adopting modern AI-assisted workflows to build faster, smarter, and more efficient software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, deploy, and maintain full stack web applications.
• Build responsive, user-friendly, and performance-optimized frontend interfaces.
• Design and develop backend APIs, services, databases, and business logic.
• Work with databases, authentication systems, integrations, and third-party APIs.
• Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude, or similar platforms to assist with coding, debugging, documentation, test case generation, and solution design.
• Convert business requirements into functional and scalable software features.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Identify and fix bugs, performance issues, and security vulnerabilities.
• Maintain clean, reusable, and well-documented code.
• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and product improvement planning.
• Stay updated with new technologies, frameworks, AI development tools, and best practices.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks like React, Vue, Angular, or similar.
• Good backend development experience using technologies such as Node.js, PHP, Python.
• Experience working with databases such as MySQL, MongoDB, or SQLite.
• Understanding of REST APIs, authentication, authorization, and third-party integrations.
• Ability to use AI tools effectively for faster development, debugging, refactoring, documentation, and productivity improvement.
• Good understanding of Git, version control, and deployment workflows.
• Ability to write clean, structured, secure, and maintainable code.
• Basic understanding of cloud platforms, hosting, CI/CD, or server management will be an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn new technologies.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, ChatGPT, Claude, or similar.
• Experience with no-code/low-code platforms, automation tools, or workflow-based applications.
• Knowledge of UI/UX principles and responsive design.
• Experience with API integrations, payment gateways, CRM systems, ERP systems, or SaaS products.
• Understanding of software architecture, scalable application design, and security best practices.
• Familiarity with Docker, AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, or similar cloud platforms.

AI Usage Expectations:

The candidate should be able to use AI responsibly and practically in day-to-day development. This includes:

• Generating boilerplate code and improving development speed.
• Debugging errors and understanding technical issues faster.
• Refactoring existing code for better quality and readability.
• Creating test cases and documentation.
• Researching technical approaches and comparing implementation options.
• Validating AI-generated code before using it in production.
• Maintaining security, accuracy, and quality while using AI tools.

Qualification:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
• Equivalent practical experience will also be considered.
