Compensation: 60,000 70,000 per month + ESOP plan + performance bonus tied to product delivery and growth targets

Factual Holding Company is a US-based holding company building a portfolio of high-growth fintech and AI companies. We operate with a founder-led, high-intensity, vision-driven mindset focused on disrupting industries through first-principles thinking and relentless execution.

We are looking for a high-ownership FullStack Engineer to join our founding team and ship the core product for korsola.ai our AI ads platform. This is a true 0-to-1 role where you will work hand-in-hand with the founder to build and iterate rapidly in a fast-paced, startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and ship V1 of korsola.ai (node-based Spaces canvas, smart routing, batch processing, image & video generation integration with multiple AI models) & Arcanine our Crypto Trading Platform.
• Own backend infrastructure, cost optimization, and reliability (critical for our margin and user experience).
• Work directly with the founder on product direction, rapid iterations, and technical decisions.
• Stay ahead of new AI models and technologies, bringing ideas that can improve speed, quality, and cost.
• Collaborate closely with the Growth Marketer to ensure the product supports high-ROAS distribution.

What Were Looking For

• 35+ years of strong fullstack experience, NextJs preferred, with the majority of your craft sitting on the product and UI side.
• Exceptional design sense: you obsess over typography, layout, interaction, and visual hierarchy. You can tell bad UI from great UI instantly.
• Comfortable working from Figma files or building directly from scratch when designs don't exist.
• Solid backend fundamentals: you can design APIs, work with databases, and own a service end-to-end when needed.
• Experience with complex, stateful UIs such as canvas-based interfaces, real-time data, drag-and-drop, or similar is a strong plus.
• AI/ML integration experience (APIs, generative tools, workflows) is a bonus, not a requirement.
• High-energy, fast mover, comfortable in a founder-led environment with high standards.
• First-principles thinker who ships clean, scalable code without over-engineering.
• Strong laptop required (MacBook preferred).
