Full Stack Engineer

Mid Level Software Engineer (Fullstack - Backend Heavy)

Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore

Experience : 2-3 yr

Notice Period : Immediate Joiners

Primary Tech Stack: Node JS , Python

Secondary Tech Stack: React JS

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs
• Develop systems supporting product growth, experimentation, and analytics
• Write high-quality, maintainable code using Python, Node.js/Typescript, and/or Golang
• Design and optimize SQL databases and queries
• Build and maintain event-driven architectures using Kafka
• Containerize and deploy services using Docker
• Work in Linux-based development and production environments
• Collaborate with product, growth, and frontend teams
• Make occasional frontend contributions using React.js (basic to intermediate level is sufficient)
• Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and performance tuning
• Debug production issues and improve system reliability and scalability

Required Skills & Experience-

• 23 years of software engineering experience
• Strong backend development experience with Python, Node.js, or Golang
• Solid understanding of SQL and relational databases
• Hands-on experience with Kafka or similar messaging systems
• Experience with Docker and containerized services
• Comfortable working in Linux environments
• Understanding of backend system design, APIs, and microservices

Frontend (Secondary / Nice to Have)

• Basic working knowledge of React.js
• Ability to make small UI changes, build simple dashboards, or support frontend experiments
• No expectation of deep frontend expertise
