The Role:

We're building an AI-native product team where the distance from Jira ticket to production is as short as possible. You'll own features end-to-end scope it, build it, test it, ship it across frontend and backend, working directly with the CTO.

This is a startup. Things break, priorities shift, and we need people who see a broken flow and fix it because it bothers them, not because someone assigned it. If you're the kind of engineer who reads a customer issue in Slack and thinks "I can fix that today" instead of "that's not my ticket," you'll fit right in.

Tech Stack:

• Frontend: Next.js, React, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, React Query
• Backend: NestJS, TypeScript, DynamoDB, AWS Lambda (Serverless), PostgreSQL
• Integrations: Stripe, AWS Cognito, SQS, S3
• AI Tooling: Claude Code, Cursor, or similar

What are we looking for

• Strong TypeScript across React and Node.js
• Experience with Next.js and a Node backend (NestJS, Express, or similar)
• Comfortable with AWS services (DynamoDB, Lambda, SQS, Cognito)
• Uses AI coding tools as part of their daily workflow not experimentally
• Can take a feature from ticket to production without hand-holding
• Solid understanding of auth flows, payment integrations, and REST APIs
• Startup mindset you take ownership beyond your ticket, flag problems before they're assigned, and go above and beyond to get things working
